As a qualified Personal Trainer, Strength and Conditioning Coach, Gym Instructor, and specialist in Long Term Neurological Conditions, Tim blends clinical understanding with practical, real‑world coaching. His background in the sports industry spans more than 20 years, during which he has worked as a professional tennis coach, coach education and assessor. He holds a degree in Sport and Exercise Science and Coaching, giving him a strong foundation in movement science and rehabilitation.
Whether he’s supporting someone through early recovery or helping them push towards new long‑term goals, Tim is passionate about creating a positive, empowering experience for every individual he works with.

Director & Specialist Personal Trainer
With over 5 years of experience in a community-based Neurological Rehabilitation Team, Ali specialises in training individuals with brain injuries, focusing on their unique challenges such as fatigue management and memory loss.
Ali understands the importance of providing structure and routine to facilitate recovery and enhance overall well-being. As a qualified Personal Trainer and Gym Instructor, he creates personalised fitness programs that emphasise strength and conditioning, core stability, balance, and flexibility, all crucial for regaining mobility and confidence after neurological setbacks.
Ali’s background in diverse sports, including climbing, football, rugby, and representing England’s youth team in volleyball, gives him a broad range of skills and knowledge. He is observant and attentive, ensuring he understands each client’s specific needs and progress. Ali’s effective communication skills enable him to collaborate seamlessly with multi-disciplined teams, ensuring a comprehensive approach to each individual's recovery.

Specialist Personal Trainer
Callum has over 5 years of experience working within the NHS, supporting individuals with neurological conditions and severe mental health difficulties, both within inpatient and community rehabilitation settings. Callum supports and trains adults affected by neurological changes and both physical and mental difficulties to feel better through movement, to achieve their personal goals and to improve their quality of life. Callum is a qualified Personal Trainer with a degree in Sport and Exercise with Psychology. Previously a semi-professional rugby player, Callum has always taken a keen interest in sport and now enjoys playing for local football and pool teams in his spare time.
