Our Specialist Personal Training service is designed specifically to support individuals recovering from neurological and mid to high level traumatic injuries, often as part of an MDT.
With a focus on both physical and cognitive rehabilitation, our team of Specialist Personal Trainers use evidence-based approaches tailored to the unique needs of each client. These customised programmes incorporate strength and conditioning activity, balance (re) training, and neuroplasticity-based techniques to improve mobility, coordination, and cognitive ability.
We are specialists in complex catastrophic injury management including brain injury, stroke, spinal cord injury and long-term neurological conditions. We work with clients in their home environment and / or at a community facility to help them regain greater functional ability and independence.
Many of our clients are referred to us by Case Managers, Solicitors, legal teams and insurers and we are experienced in working with clients going through the litigation process.
We provide detailed rehabilitation notes, assessments, reports and recommendations, based on the rehab goals of the client. We understand the needs of an MDT and provide ongoing feedback regarding each client’s rehabilitation training programme.
Our creative, person-centred approach ensures that each client receives specialist training and support at any stage of their recovery, under the guidance of Specialist Personal Trainers who understand the complexities of neurological rehabilitation and recovery from traumatic injuries.
